AUSI Web Membership Application

To access most AUSI Files including course notes, support and diver information, you must register. Registration is free and to register complete and submit the registration form below.

After registering, you must verify your e-mail address to activate your account. An e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address following completion of the form below.

You must access that e-mail and respond before you will be granted access to various AUSI Files.

Initially, you will be registered as an AUSI Visitor, applications for other categories, such as AUSI Diver, Professional or visitor status, will be considered as soon as possible and you will be notified when your membership has been upgraded.

Obtaining or replacing an AUSI Certification Card

You can purchase a plastic AUSI Certification Card to replace your store-issued card and you can also purchase a card to replace a lost, stolen or damaged card. It is even possible to purchase an AUSI Card in addition to a certification issued by another agency.

Requesting a new plastic AUSI Certification Card

AUSI Divers who wish to have a plastic AUSI Certification Card can now purchase one through Pay-Pal.

Note: Your AUSI Card will be issued with your original certification details.

You need to e-mail the folling information to:info@ausieurope.com 

1. Your name
2. Your AUSI Certification Number
3. A passport photograph

The final step is to pay for your card via Pay-Pal.

Requesting a replacement plastic AUSI Certification Card

AUSI Divers who have lost or damaged their AUSI Certification Card, can now purchase a new plastic AUSI card through Pay-Pal.

Note: Your AUSI Card will be issued with your original certification details.

You need to e-mail the folling information to: info@ausieurope.com

1. Your name
2. Your AUSI Certification Number if known. If your can’t find your AUSI Certification number, then as much of the following information as is possible:
   • Date of original AUSI Certification
   • Name of training facility
   • Name of certifying instructor
3. A passport photograph

The final step is to pay for your card via Pay-Pal.

Requesting a plastic AUSI Certification Card if you were certified by another agency

Divers certified by other agencies who wish to have an AUSI Certification Card can now purchase with Pay-Pal.

Note: Your AUSI Card will be issued with your original certification details.

2. A scan of both sides of your currernt certification card
3. A passport photograph

The final step is to pay for your card via Pay-Pal.

Confirmation of AUSI Certification

The AUSI “confirmation of AUSI Certification Card” service is for AUSI divers caught without their Certification Card and without enough time to order a replacement card, or who forget their card and need confirmation for a dive service.

Please note that it might take up to a couple of days until you get a confirmation mail, depending on when the request comes in.

Why not register with AUSI?

If you register, you may access AUSI materials, including course notes, support and diver information. Registration is free.

Facility Registration

To register as an AUSI Facility, complete the AUSI Facility Registration Form and forward the completed form to AUSI Head Office. The fee (AU$275) payable upon registration is for twenty non-transferable AUSI Certification Forms. Registration form below.

Annual Facility Registration is due on the 30th November each year.
